That’s for joining us for this year’s festival. We hope you had a magical day in the glorious Hertfordshire countryside, with some of the finest folk musicians in the land.
The rain didn’t stop us did it! It was lovely to see you all, we really hope to see you all next year on the first Saturday in July 2025!
Join in the fun!
Attend a workshop in Kimpton’s chic Dacre Rooms, or head to the pretty village green for an afternoon’s free entertainment, some sumptuous artisan street food and a pint of locally brewed real ale from Farr Brew.
Just up the path you’ll find the Family Area on Garden Fields - with its incredible array of fun activities and entertainment for young and old: clay modelling, felting, junior morris dancing, have-a-go maypole dancing, faceprinting, storytelling, faceprinting and more!
It’s always so much fun to join in the dancing!

Kimpton Folk Festival is a very special time out for the entire family!
Free programme booklet, free entertainment all day on the Green. Workshops, stalls, street food, real ale bars, family festival, buskers, singing sessions, tunes sessions… and so much more! We look forward to welcoming you to another chilled celebration of music, dance and fun in the glorious Hertfordshire countryside. This year, for the first time, there will be a big session for all on Sunday morning at 11am in the village pub The Boot.
